ABOUT PROJECT
Sentinel faced site constraints because the property shared access roads with another data center project. What’s more, they had to fulfill various requirements from the County for the building’s appearance, operational zones, and office spaces. They also needed to accommodate extremely specific end user requirements, and implement cost controls of office interiors while reaching tenant expectations.
